DQ: Hit or run?

I'd play 13/3*. The other option is 18/8, which works well when it does - leaving the holding game while ahead in the race and when white has no board - but the loose hit while white's board is weak and has a blot exposed is too tempting for me.

Maybe score matters and 18/8 is correct, but 13/3* for me.
