The visual disorder is by chance. Due to slackness of paper bodies. They need to be slack to ease score turning during play. The lower is my previous model nearly out of stock and now I plan to thicken the font mainly for visibility. Guess users of my previous model can make a difference.

How about a small margin on the outside of scores. It is more aesthetic, but less functional - when turning the scores...
