Poker: Human experts against the computer

I am far from an expert on poker, but I do believe there are some other factors involved that throw off the results of studies like this.
For example, if you are an expert playing against a computer, I would think that you would not play the same as you would if you were playing a human. You might employ some factors, like bluffing or making false bets, strictly to try to confuse or throw off the computer, that you would not do against a human.
In the case of playing the backgammon computer, it's just the opposite...you might send some cubes or drop some cubes against a human that you would not do against XG, and when you play xg and you get the cube, you can usually be certain that it was a correct double, and with a human you can't be sure, and that will affect your decisions.
So in backgammon, the person who gets the best results against xg may not be the person who gets the best results against humans. I strongly suspect the same is true in poker.
