Beginning of a 9-player sit-and-go. You're the Small Blind and hold 10-3 offsuit. First seven players fold. How realistic is it to assume the Big Blind has a random hand?

I'd say it's approx. 100% realistic - but the bigger question I'm asking myself is "Who cares?" Fold, move on.
