Cache is big. Depending on what your intent is, you may be concerned with overclockability (FSB/multiplier, if you want to go that route), or power usage (if you intend to run it 24/7 or close to it), or whatever.

For rollouts, CPU power will have the greatest effect, followed distantly by RAM, followed distantly by everything else. If you intend to also use it as an everyday computer than this does not necessarily hold true.
