The real problem for White is his 3pt., which is way too deep in the face of the situation on the other side of the board (premium blocking structure, trapping 3 of his guys). It's a priming game and his prime is really bad. I think many over-the-average sequences loose our market, especially at this score. Strong double and I'd hesitate as White. If it's a take, its a close one.

If he owned 2pt instead of 3pt, it looks like already a pass for money. Actually, on that basis, I think, that the score makes the original position a pass.
