It's a many back vs many back problem. There's no immediate attacking chance, so I'd just play for connectivity and outfield control with 22/16.

20/14 and 13/7 are too disconnecting. I stopped at the bold&efficient 11/5 which nicely dupes 1s & 3s and gives him a bunch of weak 6s from the bar, but it seems just a bit too commiting after 9 of his double hits that can push us into a deep backgame when lacking an outfield point (which is rather bad).
