I have butchered such positions too often by focusing on offense too much but hope to have learned from that, so I'd want to move from the 22 to avoid getting stuck there. I'd play 5/1*(2) and 22/18 and think about the last 4. Probably 22/18 again but 13/9 bringing in more would could be right.
