It sure looks like a practical cube since many will get the take decision wrong. As blue, it's a simple matter to ship it and make it white's problem. Market losers? You bet white has lots of opportunities to crunch or to be forced off the anchor.

Can white take? She needs two sixes, and also a one followed by a six to leap the prime. Blue just needs a six to enter. I'd pass.

Is it TG? Lots of ways for this to go wrong, so I'll still say ship it, but I won't be surprised if it's TG.
