This structure is lacking the stack on the 2pt but otherwise I would say that the structure is bad in much the same way. White has a straggler trapped behind a prime and is stacked, stripped, inflexible and will be disconnected as soon as her 15pt has to break, which may be soon.

Structural weaknesses have a high probability of persisting over several rolls, meaning that the game doesn't turn around as often and hence the recube vig is diminished.
