Anyones guess at the right move might be correct here. I don't want to hit, the hitable blot is deep in Stick's home board, exactly where we'd like it to be. And in general, if we want Stick to crunch his board he has to have something to crunch with. Playing 24/22 gives no proper one to play so I'll go with 22/19 and take it from there.
