If Blue had a closed board and White 6 off with ace gap it would be 68(6off) + 7(gap) = 75% GWC for Blue.

Additional factors are:
a/ White has also a 3pt gap, which I'd estimate as about 2/3 of the weight of the ace pt one, so about 4.5% losses;
b/ White can expose a 2nd blot (minor factor, maybe additional 1% losses)
c/ Blue doesn't have a closed board yet (but he has a 4-prime if White enters and fails to jump out).

I think these factors sort of evens out, so the GWC are about 75% for Blue. That means a double due to multiple market loosers (Blue gets to about 80% GWC after any 2pt-closing roll), and a take, since White's GWC are about 25%.
