Taking a fresh look at this again today, I can't find the other direct shot number either.

"I found 16/36 that leave on the average 7/36 return shots"

I missed the 54 duplication when white left a blot on the 9. I counted these indirects as an average of 7.5 shots when they actually average exactly 6.5 shots.

Blue does hit just about 10% with his first roll. It is tough to imagine blue hitting another 14% the rest of the way. This may very well be a drop.

What I do think that I got right is that blue will win more gammons than white. If blue hits, blue is too good and plays on.
