Cube action - bear-in vs one up - ROLLOUT

By cube vig I understand the equity that comes from cube ownership, so anytime we double-out or double-in the opponent.
I'm not sure current RO stats would clear up anything here.
I think the amount of D/P would be no hint.
If we dance a bit (or enter and stay) until White expose with some checkers off, and then we hit (an unlikely scenario), we can cash for a considerable eq gain. I think it's the main source of equity for the cube ownership.
But we also cash (I'd say way more often) by hitting early (most likely scenario for our wins), playing on, and then cashing if he runs away from gammon (also most likely for these cases). We almost don't gain eq there, as we will be almost gin in the race anyway.
As for D/Takes, they come mainly after we hit a later shot with him having 6+ off (even more unlikely than the first scenario) or we hit early, then we expose during bear-off, then he hits and we get to a position where we can cube efficiently (also an unlikely turn of events).
I take an educated guess, that D/Takes gives us less cube ownership eq than the D/Passes mentioned in the first case above.
Now IF one could extract all positions for a given event (say, D/T) for review, or better, if you could set up conditions (i.e. White 6+ off) so that only the cases where they are met are counted for stats, that would be quite neat.
