There are many more situations that could qualify. For example suppose that 1a 2a C MWC is 68% and there is a roll that puts you at 28% 2/3 of the time and goes to 76% 1/3 of the time. It seems to be virtually impossible to rule out all of those possibilities when you don't even know exactly what 1a 2a C MWC is.
