blue has a lead in the race. Typically, the strategy is to avoid leaving blots when one has a pip lead. GF suggests that this situation might be an exception, however, OTB I would play 7/4, 7/3.

Considering duplication, it might be best to play 18/11. I am on the fence in this one.
