As a matter of fact, I have a pretty good track record of eventually getting done everything on my todo lists. A big part of this is not to put unachievable goals on one's todo list in the first place. It also helps to have a strong sense of one's own mortality, which most people don't develop until later in life or until they have a brush with death, but a strong sense of mortality can be cultivated if one is intent on it.
