I didn't catch the show.

I am curious from reading the NYT piece, and perhaps from distant emmory from reading about this elsewhere once upon a time, is this for sale only for the NFL, or does college football get a shot at it?

Framed differently, is it optimized for the NFL, or does it effectively apply to the college game roughly equally as well? I can imagine a lot of boosters who would love to chip in for a "measly" 100 grand or so to help their alma mater kick butt (and field goals, when appropriate).
