Maybe they want to become giants just playing online. :-) PR tells the equity you lost on average but you can make a big error in the first game and then play like a bot, even the result wil not be hurt so much in MWC. The parameter Moves/Err shows the frequency of the errors, sure that a in few matches you can find a hard game to play but on many matches we are taking about thousands of decisions. Who has a complex style like backgames will have bigger number of Moves/Err but the PR will be high as well, both online and live. PR together with this parameters is a better indication in my opionion.
