I guess my original question should be directed to those who also play by our rule: Box remains the Box if he shows a profit (even if he loses to the Captain, or loses the game in the end). Specifically, what happens to the Captain that wins with the cube, but the Box shows a profit. Does he play the next game as Captain or go to the back of the line?
