A player in the box may have a tendency to make a certain type of cube error. It is OK for any individual team member to try to take advantage of the box's weakness. Somehow, some consider it unsportsmanlike for the box to try to take advantage of an individual team members' weakness with cube play. I think that what is good for the goose should be good for the gander. The box is already at a disadvantage, playing 1 vs more than 1. I dislike rules or conventions that limit the box's cube play in ways that the team is not limited.
