In my mind, the Captain and Crew are a team. The Captain is simply the designated shooter.

If this is the case, then you'd probably be better off playing with a single cube.

And if you really want to go with the 1 vs Many mentality, then why doesn't the crew evenly divide up the points they accumulate during the game, rather than each player keeping their individual winnings?
