How would MC Calcutta work?

"Then we sold three fields of sixteen players each from the Second Chance brackets -- these corresponded to the three sheets of Second Chance brackets. Sheet 1 was Team 1, Sheet 2 was Team 2, etc."

At the brackets at bwcmc.com/blog there are 5 sheets of second chance brackets shown. However only the first two of them currently have players and it seems sheets 3, 4, 5 will be populated with winners of those first two sheets and players dropping down from the main. Is there a sheet missing?
