Just curious. Have you read the nearly two pages of text in the public comment summary document that we provided to explain the various issues and rationale behind proposing this rule? Or are you reaching your conclusion entirely from reading the 15 word rule itself?

Are you aware that essentially the same rule has already been adopted in Europe? Are they insane, or merely overreaching? Has the existence of that rule caused you a problem when you have played there?
