I fell in love with backgammon because its a fun game with a high skill ceiling and i just love to study to get better. what i dont like is backgammon isnt beginner friendly.

I started a topic before about the videos posted that they dont teach anything i think they should have xg feed next to them so people can see mistakes and learn from them. And i think people should stop trying make money out of backgammon. I personally think it scares people away if you keep shoving p40 boards and lessons down people throats.

I just started a backgammon club in my hometown s'-hertogenbosch (netherlands) and i make free dutch instructional videos so we can get new people in the game. Next year im starting a website called backgammon and breakfest where people can meet other backgammon to stay with if they want to play in their local tournaments it will cut the cost of a tournament because they dont have to pay hotel cost.
