First, there is nothing I like more than liking my own post. I do it on Facebook all the time.
Second, seriously 'The people making the rules could have used the search function just as easily as I did and reread all the posts that I did couldn't they have? Shouldn't they have?'
I feel like this is two notches above the most valid criticism I can give and the fact that there has been no response verifies that. I don't think by any means Rich was trying to maliciously place the blame on me but it did feel like passing the buck like "Stick, why didn't you say something!?" when everything was already said and those people involved in the process were simply too lazy, didn't care enough, or too unwilling to do it themselves.
Lastly, The horse has left the barn, and trying to explain why the barn door should be closed at this point is not nearly as useful.
No, it hasn't. This is not the presidential election. What keeps you (the USBGF) from revisiting the points if you or one of the members find what I have posted enlightening enough to do so? I'm not saying it is, but if you feel like it is then have a meeting and discuss it. You think anyone is going to give two shits if you mull over the issues more and come to the conclusion that you may have went sideways on this or that and you rectify it and have a revote or even a one item vote on the one or two things you're thinking about changing? Personally, I stand on my chair and applaud any time a person or entity realizes they went wrong and do whatever they can to correct it.
For eg, I love JK Rowling because I love Harry Potter. On Twitter she is vicious towards Trump. Now, no matter what you think of politics she once tweeted something unleashing on the actions of Trump. Upon finding out that she was in the wrong, she issued a full on apology. Respect.
