NO, they should not have. People's opinions change all the time. Unless the post was made during the comments period, how could Rich be sure the poster still felt the same way? The comments period was there for a reason, and you should have taken advantage of it. Rich spent a LOT of time going through all the comments that came in, including all the BGO posts made during the comments period. I can't see why he should have been expected to go through posts that were made prior to the proposed rules being presented for comments.
