I guess we'll agree to disagree. If all the effort was put into the rules process that you say there was, and I'm sure there was, then it would seem easy and obvious to do what I did and wade through some old posts in an effort to further illuminate any issues and address them. If that had been done then I think the next logical step would have been independent posts discussing said topics and finally in line voting (as suggested here by UBK I believe) on those few topics that were sticky situations to say the least. After all that was gathered then the board would have had a very clear picture on which direction to go. I can't back the idea that things aren't still quite murky.
Anyone is still permitted and encouraged to answer any of my questions and concerns within' those posts at this time. Or do we need to wait until next year to repost it in the appropriate time frame because the process is done for this year anyway and come next year, nobody is going to reference old material anyway?
Here's to hoping the set in stone rules of the ABT for next year aren't adopted by the few tourneys I'll be able to make it to.
