I am not the most qualified guy to speak here, but your method of mirroring to make the regression graph go where you want it to go sounds fishy to me. I think you may want to include margins of error instead. By my quick and dough estimate 1std = about 15 wins, so even a large sample like this isn't large enough.

As for you other questions, the findings are about what I would have expected.

You can find a bunch of matches on BMAB website (More are comming), but duplicated matches are posdible.
