This is wrong. I had to review my files to remember what was the reason:

Well both XG and GNU/Fibs get the total correctly. The reason the conversion is impossible is because GNU/Fibs gets the abs.Fibs Rating from the checker error rate and the cube error rate -not from the Total- for a certain match length using an empirical formula. XG however gets the PR from the total error rate directly.
