1) Knowing the methodology for calculating PR and luck in XG

The problem is luck doesn't work. I am interested as well in this arguments,more data is needed. I think online it would be easier to be done, Ebif http://www.ebif.at/ could help because they calculate PR and the matches are all to 13 points. So it would be easier for you just to take the data from there, much less work. :-)
