XG can't measure luck in a match because of the cube. You can compute the luck from the result - equity lost, what XG says now is nothing, if you win 15 games you will get +15 but if you loose a game with a cube to 16 you get only -1. 1000 matches are not enough, you need much more, 1000 for each category at least but still not enough because 1-2% can be significant.
