I have to agree with the idea that lesser known players being streamed can also be good for the game. People who get to be in the spotlight may very well feel encouraged to attend more tournaments, even though they know that they are not a strong contender. This is the same reason why I love seeing intermediate players play up and win the open. Often it means that they come to more events due to the rush and excitement.
