XG doesn't measure luck the proper way?!

It's very simple. What XG reports as my luck is the difference (my luck)-(opponent's luck) in gnubg terms.
I am not sure this is what it does, because if it were so then e.g at the match of Mamlet Vs Ashkenazi it should be reported as + - 0% whereas it reports it as +-9.5% MWC. Xg’s report of Luck never agrees nor is even close to what GNUbg reports. I have in the past checked GNUbg roll by roll and found it reports it correctly, so I have solid reasons to trust it on this issue….
It looks what XG reports and possibly measures as Luck is quite different compared to Gnubg I suspect it measures luck only for the rolls marked "lucky/unlucky", not for all rolls as per definition.(Definition: how much EACH roll deviates from the average roll in terms of MWC%.)
Reporting the Nett Luck as a +- identical % (assuming it reports the real thing) is Ok for the user to get an idea , but not enough for extracting the possibility of winning between players of different skill through statistics, which is the purpose of the OP.
