Is it important just *when* luck happens in a match?

I am actually dreaming of the day this "PR" will stop been used so widely. PR is measured in terms of normalized equity, and if we are to measure the effect of Luck in a match, we cannot use normalized equities, we have to use MWC% both for Luck and Skill. PR is just a measure of someone's ability to win money games, and may differ a lot from his ability to win matches. Imo there should be 2 different standards for measuring one's BG Skill.
a)The PR to measure his Skill in money games b)The MWC% skill standardized at a specific match, say 9 point matches.
NB. 1)In the case you needed 4 Doubles to win and you just rolled 3, you were actually lucky, and this will show up in your results of Total Luck, but not enough. :-) 2)There seems to be an accumulating effect regarding Luck.Roll something good early in the game (11,66,33,44) and subsequent rolls will generally accumulate more luck for you.
