Is it important just *when* luck happens in a match?

In the case you needed 4 Doubles to win and you just rolled 3, you were actually lucky ...

I guess it depends how you think about luck, but I would say you were unlucky to roll just three doubles. The result is the same as if you had rolled four 1-2's.
