I'd just use the Isight adjustments then plug the adjusted pip counts into Kleinman's formula to estimate winning chances. I get 57 for Blue and 68 for White. Kleinman says that gives Blue close to 84% chances. White's tp is just 9% so definitely no redouble ats.
