The obvious play is b/24*/21. 13/10 is possible; it duplicates White's hitting sixes.

Failing to hit must be a blunder. Blue can't leave White a free hand.

If I'm going to be more enterprising, hitting twice is worth a look. Blue needs to unstack the six point, and if White gets an advanced anchor there'll be no where useful for them to go. Putting two on the bar is never to be sniffed at, halting White's development and giving Blue time to create either a solid offense or defence. I doubt I'd find it OTB, but that's my play.
