I like 20/14*, and then just keep going, 14/10. This gains in the race by hitting, and creates a new builder for the home at very little risk because it leaves so few returns.

I can't resist adding that this position resembles in some aspects the cover diagram of What's Your Game Plan?, where a similar-themed play is right. This book can be purchased on Amazon, from CJC or GV, from Ternel's BG Shop, or wherever else fine backgammon books are sold.
