White is worse than a 3-roll position, mainly because 11 does not work. So White wins about 17.x%. The takepoint is around 15.x%. So take if doubled. Blue loses his market unless White rolls a working double (and in some cases even then), which is nearly always, and in some cases the market loss is big (Blue's doubles), so double now.
