White has 13 checkers ready to rain down on blue's head if he splits, so splitting is counter-indicated.

Covering the nine seems like a positive thing, after which 6/4 is automatic, but maybe slotting the five and four points is better?

Seems to me that leaving two blots in the homeboard is an invitation for her to run off the anchor, and the holding game stratagem seems to be our best chance to turn it around. So, I'll go with the "normal" 13/9 6/4 knowing that such a prosaic move would probably not provoke a post here.
