Play this 42 How?

I really don't have a clue about handling a situation like this. At first, I thought about playing 13/9 24/22 hoping to make an advanced anchor, and maybe that is the best play.

However, further thought found that 61, 62, and 51 play badly for white. Breaking anchor with 24/22 converts white's 62 into a much stronger roll. I'll keep the anchor for now, and hope for a chance to hit, or for doublets to make an advanced anchor.

13/9 6/4...... or should that be 13/9 13/11?
