GM's streamed matches rule -- pretend this is in caps and click

Thanks for the offer. No need to do them unless you want to. I just wanted a clarification for BMAB purpose. In theory, these matches were supposed to be transcribed and added to Victor's BMAB profile because all GM's streamed matches should be included pet a rule adopted in 2016. In practice, players often don't transcribe their own matches. So, whose job is it? BMAB will not transcribe matches. Making it volunteer's problem doesn't sound fair. Moreover, GMs usually don't report these matches and some won't even respond to emails. Meanwhile, digging these matches takes a load of time. I guess I could add that BMAB cannot guarantee that matches were not transcribed "on purpose". I am not suspecting anyone, but this is a problem
I guess you know where I am going with this. When BMAB is fully operational, it won't track streamed matches. Players will still be able to include streamed matches but the responsibility to report and transcribe will be theirs.
