Assuming you don't have XG so you can't just plug the position ID in and see who is on roll typically when posting a cube action the player on roll is listed first. In other words, as in this example, if it's listed as 3a 7a cube action the 3 away player is assumed to be on roll. If it was listed as 7a 3a cube action then the 7a player would be on roll.

In short, the bottom player aka the 3 away player, blue, or erimitis is on roll.
