Tough one! Hitting with that nothing board looks wrong. 21/16*-12 leaves 16 immediate shots and lots of followup hits on the other 20. So that leaves either 21/12 or 21/17 9/4. The former leaves 19 shots with 3 double hits vs. just 11 & 1 for the latter. I could be way wrong in this unusual position but would play 21/17 9/4 OTB.
