Safe v Bold criteria point to bold, but hitting loose seems a bit TOO loose.

I like 16/10 6/2. It keeps the anchor and nicely hems in white's runner. If white doesn't shake an ace or run to the 12,13,or 14 then blue has four builders to hit and three to cover. Seems to give the best overall chances.
