I played him in the Last Chance at NY Metro, seems like a very nice guy. He is from Greece but has lived in the States (in NYC, at least now) for 25 years. Lynn told me he was one of several Greek guys that first played in her tournament four or so years ago -- they had never played with the cube but nonetheless, despite her advice otherwise, played in the Championship. The results were predictable. The others reportedly never came back but she said he has stayed with the game and improved. The cube is probably not his strength but he is a competent player. He beat Ray in the round before I played him.
