OK. The streaming from New York sucked. We get that. We had one volunteer who had never streamed, and was also playing. There was no one to monitor the streams, so if a camera got bumped or a player moved the board, it didn't get corrected. Not everyone knew how to change the player names on the streams. Usually, there was no one really looking out for matches that would be good to stream. With no one dedicated, we missed the chance to stream some really interesting matches. When our volunteer didn't have a match, she would post about streaming, usually including a picture. But if she was playing, we just started the stream with no announcement. There was a lot of other stuff going on at the same time.

We could have just said we didn't have the staff to handle streaming at the level we would like to. But Lynn didn't want to do that. The thought was that something is better than nothing. Maybe nothing would have been the better choice.
