I only see three reasonable plays. slot the four point while unstacking the midpoint, clear the nine while slotting the three, and clear the eight while slotting the deuce.

The third play leaves the fewest shots, but the first play is more thematic since it unstacks a bloated point, leaves the eight and nine points intact and slots the next point we want to make. Given white's weakish board and her two blots I don't think mimimizing shots is the right idea.
