I only watched around 5-6 minutes, but I can see why it's not released. There are many times that it only "sees" one of the dice, and occasional times that it does not see either of them. This can usually be worked out, but things like 62 v 22 or 31 v 11 can make a big difference in PR. It also seems to have an issue with reading the re-roll after cocked dice, though not all the time.

Looks like it's close, and I'm sure it very useful to the author in getting his own matches transcribed. But from my experience, ironing out these last issues is likely to be more work than everything he's done up to this point. I hope he gets it to the point where it is commercially viable, because I would certainly pay a fair bit for it.
